“Reboot” is a book that every manager should read. We all come with our own baggage, and no employee is entirely new to the world. It’s beautiful and powerful to identify one’s flaws and accept them. I appreciate the complexity of humans, but as a manager, it’s important to start with a good understanding of your faults, and that’s what this book guides you through.

Mr. Colonna firmly believes that you (and your team) bring your whole self to work. There may not always be a path; decisions may not always be rational, but no matter what – the truth is your friend, and you, as a leader, have a responsibility to create space for your employees to become (or be) their true selves (within reason).
