Digital Transformation and the Internet of Things (IoT) are everywhere. But, while some Organizations can afford to bring in an Accenture or McKinsey – most can not.

The goal of this website is twofold: 1) to provide change leaders, first-time or seasoned professionals, with tools to help implement whatever software their organization has deemed necessary; and 2) to help work through the complexity of the ever-changing relationship between humans and technology.

I want to stoke a conversation built on the cumulative experience of the thousands of independent change leaders. While Consulting firms can help those who pay a lot, I hope this website can help everyone else.
