For SIX years now, I have been participating in Movember. In case you don’t know, Movember is an organization that co-opts the Month of November to promote awareness around Men’s Health issues.
For six years, I shave my beard on October 31st and grow the weakest mustache known to man. Like, seriously weak. There are pencil mustaches with more man-points than my feeble attempt at monthly growth.

I support Movember because I come from a family of cancer. My father survived both prostate and testicular cancer, only to lose to cancer earlier this year. My mom and sister are both survivors of breast cancer. This is my way of getting the message out about the necessity to be proactive around finding these cancers early.
To support my Movember efforts – thank you, and here is my page where you can donate.

This year is dedicated to my Dad, Frank (1933-2023) – a great human, husband, dad, and role model.
